This metal-free and flame retardant shirt is adapted for ATEX environments, and it is approved for welding.

The flame retardant shirt has reflective details on the shoulders, as well as an extended back. The shirt has two chest pockets with a flap and concealed snap fastenings, and one of them has a pen loop.
