The high vis winter jacket is with quilt lining and taped seams. In addition, the non-metal winter jacket has the following features:
- Vertical chest pocket with zip on right chest, as well as side pockets with fleece lining and pocket flaps
- Extended back with two side slits for enhanced movement, and fleece on the inside of the collar
- D-ring and wind stoppers in the sleeves
- Two loops for communication equipment
- Hidden zipper and stud fastener in front
