The high vis winter jacket is made of quilted lining and breathable wind and waterproof fabric and has reflectors on the body, shoulders, hood, and sleeves for extra visibility. The jacket has a high collar with a zipper, which is fleece lined, and a detachable and adjustable hood with warm lining. In addition, it has raglan sleeves and an extended back. This winter jacket has a chest pocket with a zipper and a D-ring, pockets with a zipper and fleece lining, and a Napoleon pocket inside the front wind flap.
