This inherent flame retardant and high vis winter jacket comes with quilt lining and taped seams. It's wind and waterproof.

In the front of the winter jacket is a hidden zipper and stud fastener. It is fitted with two loops for your communication equipment. In addition, it has vertical chest pockets with zipper and keyring, side pockets with flaps and fleece lining, and two inner pockets. In the sleeves, there are wind stops. In the collar, there is fleece and a quilted waistband. There are buttons for mounting radio pockets.
