The suit is approved for both vessel transport and as a helicopter suit (4-hour protection), though it must be paired with a specific lifejacket (e.g., model PV9375 or PV9366) when used for helicopter transfers.

The Spinlock Duro Solas lifejacket features a 275N twin-chamber construction, providing maximum buoyancy with a low-profile design that makes it ideal for use over heavy workwear. Safety is rounded off by the pioneering easy2-MOB Class M transmitter. This is the first device approved to the latest 2023 standard, enabling the reception of distress calls from other vessels to ensure a coordinated and faster rescue operation directly at sea.
