Kong Prog Connector Kit

The Kong prog connector kit consists of a prog kong connector and a DMM Klettersteig carabiner.

The PROG (35 cm) is designed with:

1. • A tubular webbing that includes an inner flexible bar, enabling it to bend as needed.

1. • A FROG connector with a clever system that keeps the gates open until they touch the bolt. When this happens, the mechanism releases the gates, causing the connector to close automatically. This feature prevents accidental opening of the lever when under load.

Klettersteig carabiner is designed with a wide gate opening and a long, flat basket, making it ideal for clipping webbing and managing complex rope-running tasks. The expanded D shape ensures that the load stays along the major axis, maximizing strength. Additionally, its large size allows for easy handling, even with gloved hands.

Carabiner is Locksafe ANSI - Features the same gate action as the Locksafe, but with the added requirement for the connector to exceed 16kN in minor axis, side load, and gate face tests.
