Arc Flash Protection Kit

The 40 cal clothing is made from Indura UltraSoft engineered material to be flame-resistant for the lifespan of the garment. The clothing is sewn with flame-resistant Nomex thread and wristlets. The lightweight arc flash lift front hood combines weight balancing face shield, a transparent chin guard, and the standard hood. The face shield is wider, and the chin guard is transparent to double the vertical peripheral vision compared to the standard hood.

The industrial bracket design creates a natural ventilation system that allows carbon dioxide and heat to escape as it rises from the body. The removal of fabric over the helmet without compromising worker protection mitigates trapped air that can cause fogging and heat stress.
